Return Policy

At CatchCollect, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal and return your order. Below you will find the conditions and steps to register a return.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. This applies to all purchases made through our webshop, unless otherwise stated (for example, for products custom-made for you or hygiene products with a broken seal).

Conditions for return

  • The return notification must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • After notifying the return, you have another 14 days to return the product.
  • The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and (if reasonably possible) in its original packaging.
  • Products with a hygienic seal can only be returned if the seal has not been broken.

Return shipping costs

  • You are responsible for the costs of returning the products, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
  • In case of defects or incorrect delivery, please contact our customer service at info@catchcollect.nl for a free return arrangement.

Refund

  • After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, we will refund the full purchase amount, including any standard shipping costs from the original order.
  • The refund will be processed as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of your return notification. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof that you have returned the products.

How do you return a product?

  1. Return notification: Contact our customer service at info@catchcollect.nl within 14 days of receipt to register your return.
  2. Return shipment: Carefully pack the product and send it to our return address: Gedempte Oude Gracht 120G, 2011 GW Haarlem
    Please include your order number.
  3. Receipt and inspection: As soon as we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation and process your refund.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products manufactured according to customer specifications, such as personalized items.
  • Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.
  • Products whose seal has been broken, such as hygiene and health products.
